Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Since we use a print-on-demand service (Printful), all of our products are made specifically for each order. Please review the following information carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Returns Overview
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as:

Choosing the wrong size or color

Ordering by mistake

Simply changing your mind
We can only offer replacements or refunds in the following specific cases:
Eligible Return Situations

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement or refund.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and include clear photos of the issue. -
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the estimated delivery date has passed, you must notify us within 30 days so we can investigate and assist you. -
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to Printful. In that case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. -
Unclaimed Returns
If a package is not claimed and returned to Printful, you will need to pay the shipping costs for the order to be resent to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

Incorrect sizing or color choice by the customer

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with design choice

Discounted or sale items
Refund Process
If your return or issue is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted)

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was sent to the gift-giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
